REGISTER YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the United States Puttle Organization is required for tournament competitions as stated in the Official Rules of Puttle. You may register online by filling in the form provided below:
An annual membership fee of $10 is required and entitles you to receive an official United States Puttle Organization certificate and lapel pin designated for this year's membership.
You will be directed to a PayPal site designated for your membership fee.
There is a $2.50 shipping and handling fee per order.
Residents of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax per order.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery upon receipt of payment.
